Search built around the real decision
Every property page is drawn from current, permitted listing data — price, key facts, and market context — so you can judge a home on more than a photo and an asking price. The map shows what's actually available in the area you care about, not a random sample.
Save, follow, and get alerted
A free account remembers the homes you save and the searches you follow, and can alert you when new listings match — so you compare options over time instead of starting from scratch each visit. Your saved activity stays with you across devices.
Thinking of selling
Start with your address and Homsy prepares a professional comparative market analysis (CMA) and a clear selling plan — a real analysis against recent comparable sales and today's competing listings, not a number a form spits out.
Accounts and sold-data access
Active, publicly displayable listings are open to everyone. Some information — such as sold and de-listed history — is governed by Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) VOW rules and is available to signed-in members who have accepted the board's terms. Homsy applies these rules on the server, so protected data is shown only where it's permitted.
Your data
Homsy collects only what it needs to run your search and your account, and doesn't sell your personal information. What you save is used to power your own experience — saved homes, saved searches, and alerts. See the Privacy Policy for the details.

Homsy covers Ontario and uses MLS® data under the applicable board rules. Advice, representation, offers, and paperwork are provided by licensed real-estate professionals — Homsy is the software that makes the search and the decision easier, and does not itself provide legal, financial, or tax advice.
