How Homsy works
Homsy is a technology platform for Ontario real estate. You search the live MLS® feed, understand each home, save and compare what you like, and reach a licensed real-estate professional when you want help. The regulated parts of a transaction are handled by those professionals — Homsy is the software that makes the search and the decision easier.
1. Search
Search the live MLS® feed by city, neighbourhood, price, and property type — as a list or on the map. What you see reflects current, permitted listing data.
2. Understand
Each property page shows the price, key facts, ownership costs where applicable, and market context — so you can judge a home on more than the asking price.
3. Save and compare
Save the homes and searches that matter and get alerted to new matches, so you can compare options over time instead of starting from scratch each visit.
4. View
When a home is worth a closer look, request a viewing. Seeing a home in person — and, for condos, reviewing the status certificate — tells you what photos can't.
5. Professional help when you need it
Advice, representation, offers, and paperwork are provided by licensed real-estate professionals. Homsy connects you with them; it does not itself provide brokerage services or legal, financial, or tax advice.
